Privacy policy
Soạn hát keeps as little data as possible. This page explains what is kept, where, and why.
Web app
To use the web app, you create an account with an email address and a password. The server stores:
- Email: to sign in, verify your account and send password reset links. It is never used for advertising and never shared with anyone.
- Password: only a one-way hash is stored. Nobody can read your password back, including the operators.
- Your planning data: Masses, notes, personal songs, attachments and settings, including your chosen language. Only your account can read them.
Your personal songs are never added to the shared catalog or shown to anyone else.
Phone app
Masses, history and personal songs in the phone app stay on your device and are not sent to the server.
AI song suggestions
When you ask for suggestions, the server sends the AI service only: the feast name, the season, the part of the Mass, what you typed yourself, the IDs of songs to avoid, and your display language so the answer comes back in that language. Notes, the content of your Masses and your personal songs are never sent.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself in the web app settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your email, Masses, personal songs and attachments from the server; no copy is kept.
Accounts that are not verified by email within 7 days are deleted automatically.
